Franziska Jaufer has studied law, European business law as well as human resource management. She was trained as a lawyer in Graz and Vienna and successfully completed the bar exam in 2007. Franziska Jaufer has long-lasting experience as a company lawyer in professional sports as well as in the social sector, managing in-house legal and human resources departments. She shares her expertise as lecturer and author. Franziska Jaufer is a regular member of commissions, committees, and advisory boards for NPOs. 2021 she becomes a member of the team of Jaufer Rechtsanwälte.
She has experience in legal and strategic consultancy for companies and their management both as internal and external advisor. She specialises in labour law and employment law – in particular in combination with employee management and consultancy in crisis situations. Franziska Jaufer also focuses on corporate succession as well as contract design and accompanies and adivses executive employees in everyday business. Further, she negotiates and drafts works agreements and collective agreements and advises in matters regarding organisation law, contract law as well as sports law.
