Clemens Jaufer has studied law in Graz, Austria and Trier, Germany (Mag. iur., Dr. iur.). He is admitted to the bar since 2007. After starting his career in an international accounting firm, he worked for various well-known business law firms. Until 2020, Clemens Jaufer was partner at ScherbaumSeebacher Rechtsanwälte. He has long-lasting experience with strategic consulting of companies and corporations in business law matters and specialises in advising companies in a crisis and financial restructurings, with a particular focus on group reorganisations. Dr. Clemens Jaufer teaches reorganisation law at university, has published several specialist books and is a regular speaker at conferences in Austria and beyond. He has also been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of two internationally active group companies in the industrial sector since 2025.
